As you can see at this link, we will provide you with what you need - a clean, professional web presence that provides what an online visitor is seeking.  We understand the Internet and understand what you need to market your business online via a website.  You need a place where people can quickly learn what you offer in terms of services and how they can reach you to schedule an appointment.

Will my website look like all other customers of this special offer?

This question is a great question, and we have an even better answer.  First, the website will look slightly different in the sense that you will have your logo (if you have one), your own listed services and content and your own color scheme that we will select either based on your logo or via information we will collect from you from a form we will send you to fill out - this form provides us with many of the components we will need to complete your website.

 

Look at it like this...  Clear  Channel Inc.  owns a number of radio stations across the country.  If you were to visit each of their respective websites, you will see that they all look the same.  Here is another example...  if you were at a newspaper stand and saw 10 different newspapers, they would all pretty much look the same, except their own logo and of course the content within them. 

 

We will absolutely provide you with a website that can easily look like you spend a few thousand dollars, especially when you consider that it will be providing you with search engine optimization.

What if I want to add additional items to the website?

Because this is an html template and not a website created by a machine, we can absolutely add custom items to the website.  Though we feel we are providing you with everything you need, we also realize that some of you may want to add something custom to the website.  Again, this is OK.  We will provide you with a very reasonable rate for these custom situations.

Try to keep in mind that it may be wiser to spend extra money on marketing your website and your business vs. on custom items that may or may not provide a return.  We are of course happy to earn added revenue for custom edits, but we also want you to succeed.  For example, listing your company in relevant online directories and the like could be money well spent.  But adding a photo of your staff, while may not be a bad thing, more than likely will not increase the likelihood of an online visitor to want to use your company for services they are seeking.  Remember, it is about being able to be found and allowing an online visitor the opportunity to quickly determine what you do and how to reach you.

What do I need to provide you with to complete my new website?

What will the search engine optimization (SEO) service consist of?

You cannot just launch up a website and expect people will be able find it.  That is why we are offering Search Engine Optimization along with this offer.  We will optimize your website based on a keyword analysis that we will conduct for your website.  Typically we will optimize your website for roughly 4 keyword phrases.  So if you offer Fire and Water Cleanup Services, we would optimize your site to be found locally in your area for those services.  While our ability to gain your great rankings in major search engines is great, we also cannot guarantee any SEO results.  In fact those that guarantee results are not being honest in most cases.  If you don't believe this statement, then simply check out this information from Google.

Will I have access to my website to make future edits?

For a few very logical reasons, no.  First and foremost, we do not want you to make any edits that would hinder the search engine optimization code.  However, if you wanted something specific changed on your website, you will use our online area (that we would provide you with) where you can request changes, etc.  Simple text edit changes are generally done at no cost for you.  If you anticipate a lot of changes each month or quarter, we can provide you with a very affordable maintenance plan.

Are there any additional hidden costs, setup fees, or monthly fees?

No.  The price is the price and it covers an entire year.  There are no additional monthly costs.  About 30 days before your year ends, we will reach for you to see if you want to renew.  THE RENEWAL price is $299.  That price includes the website, search engine optimization, website hosting, and a listing in our online directory.  When renewal comes up, you will decide if you want to renew your services with us for an additional year.  The only potential added fee would be if you did not yet have a domain name.  See the answer directly below for more details on this.

What about the domain name?

Many companies already own their domain name.  If you own a domain name we would apply for a transfer of that domain to us.  You will still own the domain name, we just need it to host your new website.  If you do not have one, on the form we provide you with before building your website, we will ask for names you will request.  Many times requested domain names are taken and we provide a recommendation for you to approve.  If you do not have a domain name we will charge $25.00 more.  This covers the cost of registering a new domain name for the year as well as a very small fee for the searching and finding of a domain name.

Will I own the website files?

No you will not own the website in the sense that you can take it and move it somewhere else.  We offer custom website development packages and in fact if you want to own the one that we build on this offer we can certainly provide you with a cost to do so.  However, what would be the necessity?  We will manage your entire website, search engine optimization, web hosting, and email needs.  And we will also list you in our online directory at no further cost.  Why would you want to move this somewhere else?

Will I have an email address?

Having an email address at your domain name shows a level of professionality and we recommend getting one.  However it is not a requirement.  Each mailbox will add $25 per year to your invoice.
