National Appraisal & Adjustment is fully electronic. We utilize all current forms of claims transmission from the simple email package to the sophisticated delivery mediums of Process Claims and Autoverse. We are functionally adaptable to any program and our office staff is proficient in the use of all current programs on the market for the receipt and delivery of appraisals and assignments. Each insurance claim is called daily and status reports are sent to adjusters on each update.

Our automobile and commercial appraisal and adjustment divisions utilize the ADP‐Penpro estimating system for the preparation of auto appraisals. We also have CCC Pathways on our system should our clients require estimates to be written using that system. Our property appraisal and adjusting division utilizes both Power Claim and Xactimate 24 for the preparation of all property claims. The delivery and reception methods can be tailored to your specific needs.

Most importantly, we offer something that many of our competitors overlook; live telephone support during working hours. Our associates are available in our call center Monday‐Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 PM. EST. We are here to answer your questions, assist with your insurance claims, help with problem files, contact owners, and aid your staff in the completion of their files. With National, you get immediate answers to your insurance claim questions when you need them. We recognize the need for immediate and prompt attention and that is part of our customer service package. All of our claims are tracked through our central dispatch and call center and we have up to the minute, real time information on any open file within our system. In this way, we are able to control the insurance claims so when our customers call, they receive real time status reports on insurance claims.

Started in 1971 by Wayne and Barbara Armstrong, National Appraisal & Adjustment Service has grown from a small organization capable of servicing only a local area, to a large scale, high production company with the ability to service four states; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Innovative and trend setting systems of management implemented early on by our founders, have been improved upon and adapted to today’s ever changing insurance appraisal and adjusting industry. Our firm was founded on customer service and we have stayed true to our roots throughout our company’s history. Our number one priority is to service our clients. It is evident in everything we do from answering phone calls to invoicing files. Our customer is the highest priority we have and we will attend to their needs until satisfaction is obtained.
